Promotional Offer - For New or Solo Businesses
Ideal if you’re just starting out, running a solo operation, or navigating financial challenges. We’ll handle your weakly and monthly bookkeeping, prepare financial reports, and file your taxes. However, this price is offered for a certain duration only and additional tax filing charges may apply.

Monthly Cost: $250 for limited duration

Basic Offer - For Small Teams
Perfect for small businesses with a few employees. If you’ve been managing your own books but need to focus more on operations, this offer is for you.

Maintenance Offer - For Outdated Books
The bookkeeping for this business has been neglected over time. If the books are behind or disorganized, we work to bring the books up to date—provided we can complete it in a reasonable timeframe and enough valid data is available.

Cost for Professional Tax Preparation & Filing

We provide expert tax preparation for individuals and businesses using QuickBooks ProTax and file returns through the CRA EFILE service.

Our goal is to help you minimize your tax bill by applying all eligible deductions and credits.We take the time to understand your situation and ensure your return is accurate and optimized.

All prices include applicable taxes. Some complex returns may require a custom quote.

Family discounts are available for individual returns.

Individual Tax Returns

Basic Employment Income

For individuals with income reported on slips like T4, T4A, T5

Cost: $50

Employment + Investment Income

Includes rental income, capital cost allowance, investment income, or foreign income.

Cost: $80

Self-Employed Individuals

Freelancers, Contractors, Rideshare & Delivery Drivers, Small Traders

Includes T2125 filing with T1 return. You provide income/expense details and vehicle usage if applicable.

Cost: $120

Sole Proprietors & Partnerships

With Up-to-Date Bookkeeping

For businesses with prepared financial reports. Includes T2125 filing with T1 return.

Cost: $180

With Bookkeeping required

Same tax filing cost as above. A separate quote will be provided after a free consultation to assess bookkeeping needs.

Incorporated Businesses

With Up-to-Date Bookkeeping

Includes T2 corporate return filing. We’ll also assist with owner compensation planning (salary vs. dividends) and provide an information letter to help update your Minute Book if needed.

Cost: $300

With Bookkeeping Required

Same tax filing cost as above. A separate quote will be provided after a free consultation to bring your books up-to-date and prepare financial reports.
